Remote Help Desk
Our help desk services provide immediate remote support for our managed service clients. Our expert engineers are standing by to assist with everything from simple how-to questions to complex server and network system troubleshooting. Available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time, our team can connect to computers from our offices and provide live assistance with real-time remote system control.
Emergency Service
As a managed services client you take priority over all other clients and we do everything in our power to make sure that you are taken care of in an emergency situation.

Should a critical failure occur we provide a guaranteed a 2-hour emergency response through remote access and 4-hour onsite response if the issue cannot be resolved remotely. Our Emergency Support response is effective during regular business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm) or on a 24x7x365 basis for a nominal additional monthly fee.
