Here we review project goals with our client and complete site-surveys as needed to determine an appropriate course of action. Next we move into the design and testing phase where we prove out implementation tasks to minimize impact on business operations, then coordinate the deployment with management ensuring that staff is aware of what to expect.
Proactive Monitoring and Help Desk Support
For our Managed Services clients, upon deployment of the project our Managed I.T. Services group can assume end-to-end service and support throughout the life-cycle of the initiative.
